I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Registered Yoga Teacher, and a trained social worker and therapist with over a decade of experience practicing mindfulness. I love teaching folks about the bridge between our mind and body and how this knowledge and experience can empower us to make choices that allow us to feel whole and like who we are.
I also identify as an emotional caregiver both personally and professionally! I know first hand how exhausting and challenging it can be to find the time and energy to care for yourself. And I know how ESSENTIAL this is for me to show up for the people I love and care about in the way that I want to (with presence and compassion) vs feeling distracted, anxious and burnt out.
