I’m here to guide you through the summer—creating space for you to actually enjoy it, not just survive it.
As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Registered Yoga Teacher, and a therapist, I understand the struggle of trying to carve out moments for yourself when life feels like it’s moving at full speed. Summer can feel like a whirlwind of family activities, work demands, and endless commitments. The thought of finding real time for yourself might seem impossible, but I promise it doesn’t have to look like a silent retreat or hours of yoga.
What I do is simple: I hold space for you to reconnect with your body and find the tools you can use every day. Tools that don’t take much time, but have a huge impact. This isn’t about adding more to your plate. It’s about teaching you how to reset and restore throughout your day, so you can show up for your family, your work, and yourself feeling like the best, most grounded version of you.
Together, we’ll create a summer that feels like your summer—a summer of rest, joy, and true connection.

What even is The Full Cup Summer Club?
The Full Cup Summer Club is a 3-month program designed to help you create a transformative summer by reconnecting with your body, prioritizing your well-being, and setting healthy boundaries. Each month, you'll experience a carefully curated blend of practices and support to guide you through this journey, including the following components:
Somatic Practice Sessions (live & recorded)
These 20-minute guided sessions help you connect with your body, release stress, and practice grounding techniques that you can easily incorporate into your daily life, bringing you back to balance and calm.
Movement & Yoga Sessions (live & recorded)
These 30-minute restorative sessions combine dance, gentle movement with breath work to release tension, nurture your body, and build a deeper connection to yourself, helping you feel more centered and resilient.
Ongoing Community Support on Heartbeat
Stay connected with fellow participants through Heartbeat, a private platform where you can share your journey, ask for advice, celebrate wins, and receive ongoing support throughout the program.
Community Calls (live & recorded)
In these 60-minute calls, you’ll join a supportive group of like-minded individuals to share experiences, ask questions, and receive personalized guidance as you integrate your practices and stay on track with your goals.
Mini Workshops (pre-recorded)
Quick 15-minute deep dives into specific topics, offering simple, actionable tools and insights that you can immediately apply to your life, designed to make complex ideas accessible and easy to implement.

Join us for the virtual Wrap-Up Gathering! A 1-hour celebration of all the progress you’ve made over the summer! This will be a time to reflect on your journey, share your experiences, and celebrate the transformation you’ve undergone.
We’ll also discuss how to continue incorporating the tools and practices you’ve learned into your life moving forward. It’s a chance to connect one last time with your fellow participants and leave with a sense of accomplishment, clarity, and support for the next chapter.

Nope! All live sessions & calls will be recorded and uploaded to the community. Watch whenever it’s convenient for you.

That’s okay! I know you have so much going on. All the practice sessions will be available within the Heartbeat platform.

I’ll be leading you through simple practices adapted from Somatic Experiencing, trauma-sensitive yoga and mindfulness. These practices do not require yoga pants! Sometimes we’ll be breathing, placing a hand over our chest, or doing some gentle movement. They’ll vary month-to-month, but will be aligned with that month’s topic.

Right now, it’s a package deal! With that being said, feel free to skip parts that don’t align for you and focus on the pieces you’re most interested in. There’s no right way to be part of the Full Cup Summer Club. :)
