1:1 Somatic Self-Care Coaching

A body-first space to come back to yourself

I need this!

The Full Cup Collective: 1:1 Somatic Self-Care Coaching is a six-week, body-based coaching experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, your needs, and your capacity, without adding more pressure or another thing to “get right.”

  • constantly braced or tense, even during “downtime”

  • stuck in survival mode: pushing through, holding it together, getting it done

  • disconnected from yourself when you want to feel present

  • mentally busy and emotionally exhausted

  • unsure what you need until you’re already past your limit

If you’re feeling…

  • more aware of your body’s signals and able to respond sooner

  • less stuck in survival mode

  • more present with your kids, partner, and yourself

  • grounded enough to set boundaries without spiraling into guilt

  • equipped with simple, realistic tools to come back to yourself

Imagine feeling…

What 1:1 Coaching Is Like

This is not talk-only coaching, and it’s not about fixing you.

Our work is:

  • body-based and nervous-system-informed

  • relational and responsive to what’s happening now

  • paced intentionally so your system doesn’t get overwhelmed

  • practical, focused on tools you can actually use at home, at work, and with your family

Each session includes:

  • gentle movement, breath, or somatic practices

  • reflection and coaching conversation

  • space to notice what’s shifting and what still feels hard

You don’t need prior experience with somatic work, meditation, or yoga.

You just need a willingness to notice what’s happening inside.

The 6-Week Coaching Journey

Week 1: Feeling Safe in Your Body

You’ll start learning how to pause and listen to your body without needing to fix anything.

Week 2: Regulating Stress Through the Body

This week is about discovering what actually helps your system calm, not what you think should help.

Week 3: Boundaries as Safety

This work is especially helpful if you tend to prioritize others or feel guilty taking up space.

Week 4: Working with Guilt, Fear, and People-Pleasing

This week helps loosen patterns that keep you stuck in over-functioning or freeze.

Week 5: Self-Compassion & Emotional Flexibility

This supports more presence, resilience, and ease, especially in relationships.

Week 6: Integration & Sustainable Care

You leave with a clearer sense of how to support yourself moving forward.
