Permission to Be: Guilt-Free Self-Care
A live, experiential workshop
This workshop explored why self-care often brings up guilt and how that guilt is connected to the nervous system and conditioning around productivity, caregiving, and worth.
Participants were guided through gentle, body-based practices to notice guilt as a somatic experience, soften self-judgment, and practice offering themselves permission to rest and receive care in realistic, supportive ways.
A Moment to Unwind:
Nervous System Care for the Holiday Rush
A short, calming virtual workshop
Created as a pause during a demanding season, this workshop offered simple, accessible nervous system tools to help participants settle their bodies, release tension, and find moments of relief during the holiday rush.
The focus was on grounding, breath, and gentle awareness practices that could be used before gatherings, after long days, or when everything felt like too much.
Reclaim Your Summer
An experiential workshop
This workshop supported participants in moving out of autopilot and into a more intentional, enjoyable summer. We explored how over-scheduling and obligation impact the nervous system and make it harder to feel present.
Participants practiced embodied boundary-setting, self-compassion, and created a grounded plan for the season ahead that centered enjoyment, rest, and personal choice.
