💡Who’s this for?:
📌 Anyone who is tired of running through the summer on autopilot, always managing everyone else’s schedules or attending other people’s events.
📌 You want to create a summer that’s not just about checking boxes, but about truly enjoying the moments with your loved ones.
📌 You’re a busy millennial parent, professional, or caregiver who is feeling burnt out and craving connection and balance this summer.

I’m a licensed therapist, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and yoga teacher, and I’ve spent over a decade helping people navigate burnout, stress, and the overwhelming demands of life. As a parent myself, I know firsthand how easy it is to get caught in the whirlwind of endless to-do lists and constantly putting others first. The pressure to manage everything and everyone often leaves little room for you—and summer can feel like just another extension of that.

I created this workshop because I believe you deserve more.

For years, I’ve watched clients struggle with burnout, especially during times when they should be enjoying themselves—like summer. They’re bogged down by mental to-do lists, feeling like they’re constantly on autopilot, and finding it hard to be present in the moments that really matter.

I combine body-centered healing, mindfulness, and practical strategies to help you feel better and live better. I’m not here to add another “self-care trend” to your list. Instead, I’ll help you create a personalized practice that fits seamlessly into your life, helping you feel present and connected to the people you love most.

Hi there! I’m Sarah.
