I’m a licensed therapist, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner™, and yoga teacher, and I’ve spent over a decade helping overwhelmed millennials reconnect with their bodies and move through burnout, stress, and constant responsibility. As a parent myself, I know how quickly the holidays can pull you into doing, hosting, planning, and taking care of everyone else, often leaving no space for you.

I created this workshop because you deserve to come back to yourself, not just get through the season.
