What’s Next

A few times a year, I open up a space to step out of the grind and back into your body, both in person and online. No pressure to perform, no self-care checklist to keep up with. Just a real pause, alongside other people who get it.

I don't run these on a fixed schedule. I open them when the season calls for one. When the next gathering is ready, my mailing list is the first to know.

Past Events

Snack Club

Snack Club was exactly what it sounds like: a low-key space for toddler parents to show up as they were, snack in hand, and be around people who understood. No agenda to keep up with, no version of yourself to perform.

We came together regularly to slow down for a little while, share what life with little ones actually looked like, and practice simple, body-based ways to come back to ourselves in the middle of full, noisy days. Less a workshop, more a soft place to land, and a reminder that care can be casual, that connection matters, and that you don't have to have it all together to belong.

A Winter Exhale

A grounding, in-person gathering for parents of toddlers.

A Winter Exhale created a gentle pause in the middle of winter for parents of toddlers who were feeling stretched thin and in need of rest and connection.

We explored how chronic stress and constant caregiving impact the nervous system, often leading to overwhelm or disconnection. Participants were guided through simple, body-based practices to settle their systems, release tension, and reconnect with themselves and others in a supportive, low-pressure environment.

Permission to Be: Guilt-Free Self-Care

A live, experiential workshop

This workshop explored why self-care often brings up guilt and how that guilt is connected to the nervous system and conditioning around productivity, caregiving, and worth.

Participants were guided through gentle, body-based practices to notice guilt as a somatic experience, soften self-judgment, and practice offering themselves permission to rest and receive care in realistic, supportive ways.

A Moment to Unwind:
Nervous System Care for the Holiday Rush

A short, calming virtual workshop

Created as a pause during a demanding season, this workshop offered simple, accessible nervous system tools to help participants settle their bodies, release tension, and find moments of relief during the holiday rush.

The focus was on grounding, breath, and gentle awareness practices that could be used before gatherings, after long days, or when everything felt like too much.

Reclaim Your Summer

An experiential workshop

This workshop supported participants in moving out of autopilot and into a more intentional, enjoyable summer. We explored how over-scheduling and obligation impact the nervous system and make it harder to feel present.

Participants practiced embodied boundary-setting, self-compassion, and created a grounded plan for the season ahead that centered enjoyment, rest, and personal choice.

New gatherings, in person and online, go to my mailing list first. Come find out what's next.
