💡Who’s this for?: Millennials who are burned out and struggling to prioritize self-care due to guilt.

I’m a Licensed Therapist, Somatic Experiencing ™ Practitioner, and Registered Yoga Teacher.

But beyond my credentials, I’m also a working parent who knows firsthand how guilt can creep in every time we even think about prioritizing ourselves. For years, I struggled with balancing my roles as a caregiver, professional, and a person. The guilt was loud, persistent, and exhausting.

Through my own journey, I discovered the transformative power of body-based tools to quiet that guilt and build a practice of self-care that actually feels good. Over the past decade, I’ve supported countless adults in doing the same—bridging the gap between their mind and body so they can show up for themselves and others without guilt weighing them down.

This event is deeply personal for me, and I can’t wait to share what I’ve learned so you, too, can navigate self-care guilt with more ease and compassion.
