Snack Club

A COZY & CASUAL GROUP FOR TODDLER MOMS

Enter Snack Club

Snack Club is a monthly, in-person gathering designed to make meaningful connection with other adults in a similar life stage.

It’s a space where you can:

  • show up exactly as you are (sweats & no make up welcome)

  • eat snacks together (we’ll provide, but bring your own if you like!)

  • connect with others navigating a similar season of life

  • talk about the stuff that actually matters

  • build real community, slowly and organically

There’s no fixing, no pressure to share, and no expectation to be “on.”
Just a few gentle points of structure to help people settle, connect, and feel less alone.

Think: the kind of space you didn’t know you were missing until you sat down and exhaled.

If you’re feeling like…

  • You’re craving space to intentionally connect with other adults in a similar life stage in a meaningful way

  • You want to get out of the house, but not for an expensive dinner or another class

  • You’re realizing that support quietly dropped off once your kid became a toddler

  • You miss conversations that go deeper than logistics, but don’t want anything intense or performative

  • You want community, but in a way that feels simple, contained, and doable

About your facilitators

Sarah Levy and Marah Pinnolis are licensed therapists, private practice owners, and parents of toddlers who share a deep belief in the power of community care.

Through their work, they support parents navigating overwhelm, identity shifts, and the quieter loneliness that can emerge after the newborn phase. Marah is the founder of Beehive Moms, offering groups for first- and second-time moms and free breastfeeding support, while Sarah is the founder of Embodied Education & Practice, where she creates nervous-system-informed spaces for connection, regulation, and somatic self-care.

Snack Club was created from their shared experience, both professionally and personally, of how meaningful it can be to gather without pressure, eat snacks, and connect in ways that feel human, accessible, and doable.

We’re Sarah & Marah

  • Snack Club is for parents and caregivers navigating the toddler years (and beyond) who are craving meaningful connection.

    It’s especially supportive if you:

    • feel like your support system shifted after the newborn phase

    • want to connect with others in a similar life stage

    • are looking for community without pressure or performance

    • want a space that honors real energy levels and real life

You don’t need to be “good at groups.” You just need to show up.

  • We’ll gather in a small group, eat snacks, and spend time connecting.

    Each gathering includes:

    • time to settle in and land

    • light, guided prompts to support conversation

    • plenty of unstructured space to talk, listen, and connect organically

There’s no agenda to accomplish and nothing to prepare ahead of time. You’re welcome to participate as much or as little as feels right for you.

  • Conversation tends to center around the things that often get lost in day-to-day life, like:

    • parenting and identity shifts

    • feeling tired, stretched thin, or lonely

    • relationships, work, and mental load

    • what’s been hard lately and what’s been bringing small moments of relief or joy

You’re never required to share anything personal. Listening is participation too.

  • Not exactly.

It’s a community gathering with gentle facilitation and clear boundaries, designed to support connection, not clinical processing or treatment.

While the space is intentionally held and supportive, it’s meant to feel more like a meaningful gathering than a therapy session.

  • Yes. We’ll always do our best to accommodate food allergies and dietary needs.

There will be space on the registration form to share any allergies or preferences, and you’re also welcome to bring snacks that feel safest and best for you.

    Your comfort matters.
