Hi, I’m Sarah.

I grew up dancing and have vivid memories of spending time moving my body in ways that allowed me to feel alive and present while spending time with my best friends. As I got older, I discovered yoga, mindfulness, and Somatic Experiencing™ and continued to deepen my connection to my body. 
I was an empath from a young age and becoming a social worker and therapist felt like a natural extension of who I was, but as I got older and the demands of my personal life became more intense, I realized I was struggling to prioritize my own needs.

The longer I went without checking in with how I was feeling in my body, the harder it became to do so. 

Eventually, I was guided back to my body by some incredible mentors and was reminded of how easy it is to do some simple body-centered tools. 

I’m here to provide you with the same. A space to gently guide you back to prioritizing your needs and your body. 

You’ve gotta put your oxygen mask on first. 

Which is why I’m offering you these simple exercises for you to practice turning all of your care and attention towards YOU.
